Please be aware that during the off-season we are available limited hours (Thurs-Sun), so it may take a couple of days to get back to you.

Shipping Policy

The Black Butte Ranch Online Store ships all orders during the regular business week (Monday through Friday) except for national holidays.  Items will be shipped using standard USPS mail within 48 hours of the time the order was processed.  Orders received after 3 p.m. on Friday, or anytime Saturday or Sunday, will be classified as weekend orders and will be processed the next business day.   All orders will be mailed with a tracking number, and you will receive a shipping confirmation via email that also contains the tracking number for the package.  If you selected “Pick up at BBR Post Office” as your method of shipping, you will be notified via email when your order is ready for pick-up (typically within 24 hours). 

International Orders

We currently do not accept online orders for International destinations (including Canada).

Delays

We occasionally encounter a situation where an item shown as available on our online store will be sold before we are able to update our inventory.  If a requested item is out of stock, notification will come via email from the Black Butte Ranch Online Store with the expected length of delay and an estimated ship date. At this time you can decide if you wish to wait for your selection or change it for another style, color or separate item.  The option to cancel the order is also available at that time.

Black Butte Ranch Refund Policy

A refund is available if the product is returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition within 15 days of receipt. Product exchanges are only available if the item is defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Customer-Service@BlackButteRanch.com. Store sale items are not eligible for refunds.  Black Butte Ranch gift cards and food items cannot be returned.

Black Butte Ranch Online Store recommends returned packages be insured for the full retail value of the contents.  You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

 Please include a letter with your return that includes the following:

1.  Your Name

2.  Your Address

3.  Telephone number where you can be reached during the day

4.  Indication of whether this is a return or an exchange (exchange available on damaged goods only)

5.  Original sales receipt or proof of purchase (required)

Refunds are only issued to the customer in the same method as the item was purchased. The online store customer service department will contact you regarding your refund/exchange if there are any questions.   Shipping charges will not be refunded unless the product arrived damaged or an error occurred in the distribution of goods. COD deliveries on returned products will not be accepted. Please allow 7-10 business days after the online store service department has received the merchandise to process a refund. Special Events tickets purchased through our online store are strictly non-refundable. 

Order Policy

Placing an order, acknowledgment of the order by the automated system or assignment of a customer or order number does not constitute acceptance of the order. The order is not deemed accepted until the Black Butte Ranch Online Store processes the request.
